Science and decision-making: Experiences of an ecologist

In this presentation, students will learn about two examples in which ecology informs environmental decision-making: the National Ambient Air Quality Standards and Renewable Fuel Standard.

Impact/Purpose

This presentation will be given to an introductory environmental sciences class at NC State University. It's purpose is for students to see an ecologist give real world examples of how science meets decision-making.
