Virtual QA Audits Are Transforming Auditing at the Center for Public Health and Environmental Assessment (CPHEA)

This is not a scientific presentation, but a presentation to share our experience about a new approach we used for conducting a QA technical systems audit (TSA). As virtual meetings become the new norm, the virtual platform is transforming how we conduct audits. We found virtual TSAs to be intuitive and successful.

Impact/Purpose

The purpose of this presentation is to share an innovative QA practice with QA professionals in EPA offices, programs, regions, states and tribes. Sharing our experience for conducting a completely virtual Technical Systems Audit (TSA) in the assessment division can inform others about a process improvement in the Quality Program that is proven and effective. Others may be interested in identifying similar opportunities.
