Literature Search Queries to Identify Publications Containing Exposure and Fate Data & Information

On this page:

  • Overview
This product is a PowerPoint presentation outlining the goals and steps for developing human exposure and environmental fate literature search queries.  Performance results are also presented.  The presentation will be delivered by Amina Wilkins on July 13, 2021, during the Systematic Review Community of Practice (SRCoP) meeting.

Impact/Purpose

This presentation overviews development of literature search queries designed to assist health and exposure scientists with identifying published references presenting data and information on human exposure to environmental chemicals and their environmental fate.  These queries are performance tested to increase the accuracy of finding relevant studies while omitting irrelevant studies, promote a more standardized approach, ease work burdens and are publicly available, free of charge.
