The goals of this workshop are to introduce individuals to protocols for collecting continuous sensor data using low budget fixed arrays. In addition, to introduce individuals to R tools for working with continuous vertical profile data.

Impact/Purpose

The presentation slides are for a workshop on lake sampling protocols and for using R scripts to QA/QC data from continuous sensors deployed in lakes.
