This Sub-Product includes materials (presentation slides) for an invited presentation for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) NAM User for Regulatory Application continuing education event on 11/17/2022. The event is called "Human In, Human Out: Using Primary and Population Data for PBPK Analyses." The presentation associated with this Sub-Product will include a description of quality assurance (QA) procedures used to evaluate physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models when considering them for use in human health chemical risk assessments such as those conducted by the Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) Program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
