This Sub-Product includes materials (an abstract and presentation slides) for a web-based presentation (webinar) for the Risk Assessment Specialty Section (RASS) of the Society of Toxicology (SOT) which will occur on 12/14/2022. The presentation will provide details of two generic PK models for mother-to-offspring transfer of chemicals recently published by the presenter and colleagues. It will also describe steps taken by the model developers to develop and evaluate these models and will attempt to elucidate their potential uses as well as their limitations.
