Collection of talks for EEF Workshop

I am leading a joint EPA-USDA workshop to get feedback on a project to evaluate the effectiveness of enhanced efficiency fertilizers (EEFs) in the U.S. There are three portions in the agenda where I am speaking, and these are all concatenated here. The first talk ("Overview of the Project") is an overview of the project; the second talk ("Summary of Stage 1 (Challenge) and Stage 2 (Field Trials)") is a more detailed presentation on the Challenge and Field Trials; the third talk ("Overview of PRIA and Federal Permitting") is an overview of the FIFRA regulations that are relevant to the project.
