EPA Supplemental Analysis of Parameter and Model Uncertainty: Overview & Context

This is an overview of EPA work to be considered during the external peer review of PBPK modeling for chloroprene.

Impact/Purpose

To provide an overview and context for an uncertainty analysis that EPA developed for PK modeling of chloroprene and to address some technical issues that have arisen around this peer review.
