Study Quality Evaluation in IRIS Assessments and Engaging with Exposure Sciences Experts during Systematic Review of Epidemiological Studies-Presentation

This presentation provides examples of epidemiology studies that include supplementary exposure data. The examples illustrate how expertise in exposure sciences is relevant to the work of epidemiologists who interpret and summarize evidence from epidemiology studies in toxicity assessments.

Impact/Purpose

The purpose of this presentation is to present examples of use of exposure sciences principles during interpretation and summary of evidence from epidemiology studies in order to illustrate the multidisciplinary nature of toxicity assessment work.
