National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS): Health and Welfare Effects of Particulate Matter

This presentation will provide some background information on the Clean Air Act and the role of the ISAs in the NAAQS review process. It will then present an overview of the main conclusions regarding the health and welfare effects of PM.

Invited presentation on the overall conclusions of the Integrated Science Assessment for Particulate Matter for graduate students in the Air Quality: Management (ENV 603) class at the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University.
