Windows of Sensitivity During Development

CHPEA was invided to participate in the FDA's Closer to Zero meeting, making a short presentation (10 minutes) followed by a panel discussion.  The focus of the meeting is on critical windows of susceptibility in children with a focus on cadmium, mercury, arsenic, and lead. https://www.fda.gov/food/metals-and-your-food/closer-zero-action-plan-baby-foods

Impact/Purpose

Presentation/Panel discussion as part of the FDA Closer to Zero Action plan; Focus will be on providing an overview/introduction on development and critical windows of sensitivity for the meeting.  This is a general science discussion and does not focus on any particular CPHEA product
