On this page:

  • Overview
In this workshop, real world examples from publicly available, peer reviewed, completed risk assessments will be used as teaching aids.  Course modules will be organized according to the key components of the risk analysis process: hazard characterization, dose response analysis (including Benchmark Dose modeling methodology), dosimetric adjustment, point of departure selection, uncertainty analysis, as well as risk values such as reference dose and cancer slope factor.  The participants will have a unique opportunity to experience all the detailed considerations and latest methodologies applied in the process of hazard assessment development.
