Impact/Purpose

The purpose of this talk for the PK Probabilistic Workshop is to describe how parameter distribution assumptions impact distributional estimates of human equivalent doses (HEDs) by explaining the paper by Schacht et al. (2024) titled "Evaluating the impact of anatomical and physiological variability on human equivalent doses using PBPK models".
