Pharmacokinetic Modeling and Parameterization for Predicting Internal Dosimetry

On this page:

  • Overview
This presentation will present ongoing research for parameterizing pharmacokinetics models used in risk assessments. After presenting these models, we provide an overview of how new approach methods (NAMs) from tissue on a chip toxicokinetic studies might inform these models. This presentation will provide EPA perspective during the Advancing Toxicokinetics for Efficient and Robust Chemical Evaluations Joint EPA-STAR Grantee Meeting to facilitate research connections.

Impact/Purpose

For the "Advancing Toxicokinetics for Efficient and Robust Chemical Evaluations Joint EPA-STAR Grantee Meeting", experts will present work the EPA is doing internally that is relevant to the work the STAR grantee is performing. This presentation aims to facilitate research connections between STAR grantees and EPA researchers.
