The Impact of Chemical and Nonchemical Stressors on the Health of Vulnerable Populations

This is a proposal for a symposium at the annual meeting of the International Society for Exposure Sciences. This symposium will feature research that improves are understanding of the important chemical and nonchemical stressors that substantially influence the health of vulnerable populations.

Impact/Purpose

This proposed symposium will facilitate sharing and discussion of new data to better characterize exposures in vulnerable populations. It will help improve exposure estimates during the exposure assessment stage of risk assessment. It will also provide data that is useful for prioritizing chemicals.
