Data Prep for Temperature Tolerance Analyses on Benthic Macroinvertebrate Data in Freshwater Streams in Region 5

This presentation discusses taxonomic harmonization and data preparation for R5 states to perform thermal tolerance analyses as part of ROAR Project 2754. This presentation also covers training on BioMonTools in R.

Impact/Purpose

This presentation communicates a project update to our partners in R5. Benthic macroinvertebrate data have been collated and harmonized in terms of taxonomy. This data update is in preparation for data analysis to develop thermal thresholds to inform water quality standards and designated uses for states.
