The Environmental Geography of PFAS for Regional-Scale Screening and Planning

This is a static map produced as part of the OMS static map competition. It displays 2 maps of part of Colorado showing the physiography of the area (elevation, hydrography network, soils, geology....etc) along with potential PFAS sources and occurances. The idea is to show the heterogeneity of the physical landscape which has a great affect on PFAS fate and transport in the environment. The map is mostly internal to EPA except for a few contractors and a few staff in Federal agencies (NOAA, USGS)
