Impact/Purpose

The ORD Integrated Climate Sciences Division is preparing a new assessment report on the impacts and costs of flooding to OLEM sites and facilities (for a range of site types: Superfund, Brownfields, Tanks, RCRA, PCBs, Landfills). The report includes an indicators screening approach and results, literature review summary, and synthesis of focus group discussions held with EPA headquarters, regions, states, and Tribes. The goal of the EPA report is to summarize the current state of the literature and program planning for the impacts and costs of flooding at sites and facilities, and to identify program needs and data gaps that ORD can help fill.    This presentation includes the screening results, which is an update to previously cleared slide deck.
